One office, on West Atlantic Blvd in Margate, open since 2002 — and clients across Broward who drive in, or send their documents through the portal and never leave the house. This is where they come from, and how far it actually is.

Where our clients come from
Each of these has its own page, written for that city rather than filled in from a template — what people there tend to file, and how long the drive actually takes.
- Coral Springs→about 10 minutes east on Atlantic BlvdIf you run an S-Corp or an LLC in Coral Springs, the return and the books are the same conversation. We keep both in one place, and we are still here in July when a letter arrives.
- Coconut Creek→barely five minutes awayPlenty of our Coconut Creek clients started as a walk-in and have come back every year since. You will see the same preparer, not whoever is on shift.
- North Lauderdale→about 8 minutes north on State Road 7Kreyòl and Español are spoken here every day, not routed to a phone line. Bring last year’s return and your IDs and we can start the same visit.
- Pompano Beach→about 15 minutes west on Atlantic BlvdRental property, a boat, 1099 work, a side business — Pompano returns tend to carry more than a W-2. That is a conversation, not a form, and it is worth an appointment.
We also work with clients in Tamarac, Parkland, Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach. There is no page for those yet — the phone works just as well.
The same service in every one
The service is the same in every one of these cities, because it is the same office and the same people. What changes is what tends to be on the return — a Coral Springs S-Corp and a Pompano Beach rental are different conversations, and the city pages go into that.
