Welcome to Quality Tax Plus Services. We specialize in tax preparation, health insurance enrollment assistance, and related document services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, forms, and services operated by Quality Tax Plus Services Inc. (“Quality Tax Plus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including appointment scheduling and communications by email, phone, and SMS.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Services
Quality Tax Plus provides tax preparation and related advisory services, along with online scheduling and client communications.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.
3. Appointments and Communications
When you book an appointment or submit a contact or intake form, we may follow up by email or phone about that request (for example, confirming we received it or asking a clarifying question).
SMS is separate. Submitting a form, booking an appointment, or agreeing to these Terms alone does not enroll you in text messages. We only send SMS if you give explicit consent — for example by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by telling our staff “yes” when we ask for permission to text you.
You can change communication preferences anytime as described in the SMS section below.
4. SMS Terms
If you opt in to SMS from Quality Tax Plus Services Inc., you agree to receive service-related text messages about your relationship with our office, such as:
- appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
- follow-ups when we need documents or information for your tax or accounting work
- other transactional customer-care messages related to services you requested
Service SMS consent is not the same as marketing consent. If you separately opt in to marketing or promotional texts (a different, optional checkbox on our forms), you may also receive occasional offers, seasonal reminders, and promotions about our tax, accounting, and related services. You can agree to service texts without agreeing to promotions.
Message frequency for service SMS varies with your appointments and service needs (often about 1–2 messages per month when you have active work with us). Marketing SMS frequency varies (often a few messages per month during tax season or promotions). Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Fees and Payments
Any fees for services will be disclosed before work begins. You agree to pay all fees and taxes applicable to the services you receive.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or communications channels, including attempting to interfere with their proper working or using them for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by or licensed to Quality Tax Plus and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer
Our website and communications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Venue for any dispute will be in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
